Internal Audit

The Internal Audit Unit is one of the work units in the Company that has a role and function to carry out internal control as a form of independent and objective assurance and consultation activities. It aims to increase value and improve the Company’s operations through a systematic approach, by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and good corporate governance processes.
Internal Audit Position
This Working Unit is led by the Head of Internal Auditor who reports directly to the President Director of the Company.
To fulfill the obligations as stated in POJK No. 56/POJK.04/2015, the Company has appointed and determined the position of the Head of the Company’s SKAI based on the Decree of the Board of Directors regarding the appointment of the Head of the Company’s SKAI with the following details:

Internal Audit Duties and Responsibilities
Based on the prevailing laws and regulations, the duties and responsibilities of the Company’s Internal Audit are as follows:
•	Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan;
•	Testing and evaluating the implementation of internal control and risk management systems by the Company’s policies;
•	Conduct inspections and assessments of the efficiency and effectiveness of finance, accounting, operations, human resources, marketing, information technology, and other activities;
•	Provide improvement suggestions and objective information on the activities examined at all levels of management;
•	Prepare audit reports and submit them to the President Director and the Board of Commissioners;
•	Monitor, analyze and report on the implementation of follow-up improvements that have been suggested;
•	Cooperating with the Audit Committee;
•	Develop a program to evaluate the quality of internal audit activities; and
•	Conducting special inspections if needed.
