The Company is committed to implementing CSR based on POJK No. 30/SEOJK.04/2016 and OJK Circular Letter No. 30/SEOJK.04/2016. In 2019 and previous years, the Company has carried out CSR activities, but not been properly organized and documented, so that in the future the Company will further improve CSR activities better through social activities in order to provide wider benefits for the Company, local communities and society in general.

Corporate Social Responsibility in the Environmental Field
The Company realizes that the factory operations carried out have an impact on the surrounding environment, one of which is the amount of waste generated, so the Company has implemented an adequate waste treatment system, a complaint mechanism for environmental problems, and certification in the environmental field. The Company also encourages the efficient use of environmentally friendly and recyclable materials and energy in all office operations, including the efficient use of electricity and office stationery.

Corporate Social Responsibility in the Employment Field
The Company upholds the principles of gender equality and employment opportunities in recruiting employees regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, intergroup, and social level. Adequate work facilities and safety, industrial relations between employees are well established, harmonious and strong. There are also employee education and/or training programs, social fund facilities to help employees and their families, such as payment of school fees, hospital fees, transportation facilities and the Company accepts students and college students for internships or student visits in the context of field studies.

Corporate Social Responsibility in the Social Community Field
The Company pays special attention to the surrounding community, which is manifested in targeted programs that provide maximum benefits, including the use of local labor, empowerment of surrounding communities, improvement of social facilities and infrastructure, donations of aid for victims of natural disasters, helping local residents in the form of providing basic necessities periodically, such as the Company’s birthday, Eid al-Fitr and Qurban day.

Corporate Social Responsibility to Consumers
The Company continues to improve services to consumers by providing friendly, courteous service and receiving, listening to complaints and suggestions from every consumer, so that the Company continues to innovate to create products and services that meet consumer needs. In addition, the Company is also active in various exhibitions so that information related to products and expansion of distribution channels is increasingly understood and easily accessible to consumers.
