CORNALET NPK Fertilizer, Special Fertilizer for Corn Crops.

PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur in collaboration with the Agricultural Technology Assessment Center (BPTP) – East Java produces special fertilizers for corn based on the latest developments in the field of fertilizers and fertilization with an orientation on efficiency and effectiveness: CORNALET. Orientation on efficiency and effectiveness is the answer to the problem of fertilizing with conventional single fertilizers that are fast available (fast release) but nutrient losses are very large. BPTP’s innovation in this fertilizer is supported by PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur’s experience in the production process, which is handled by fertilizer and fertilization experts and engineering. The selection of raw materials is done carefully and precisely. The type and amount of slow release ingredients have passed scientific research. The mixing process is done by machine and measured to ensure homogeneity. A certain degree of hardness (compacting degree) and diversity between briquettes in the bricketing process are also requirements that are absolutely maintained. Quality assurance is carried out by maintaining the production process through the use of mixing & bricketing machines that are always calibrated, and maintaining product quality through strict supervision from the Quality Control Team.

CORNALET is a controlled-release compound fertilizer, with an intermediate release category, that is, nutrient availability of three to five months. Controlling the release of nutrients into the soil solution is the key to efficiency. Its effectiveness is determined by the specific fertilizer formulation for corn crops. Therefore, the efficiency and effectiveness of CORNALET are higher than conventional fertilizers. CORNALET’s superiority is determined by its surface area, hardness, and the type and level of control release agent.
