Today, PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur serves more than 500 customers for both NPK Briquette and NPK Granule fertilizers. Most of them are oil palm plantation corporations, and only a small portion is used for non-oil palm commodities. With professional management, PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur is able to serve the needs of consumers who vary in terms of quality, specifications, and regional distribution. So that from year to year PT SAM has experienced a significant increase in sales. Currently PT SAM is able to sell around 400 thousand tons per year. However, the total sales are only about 5 percent of the total needs of NPK equivalent fertilizers in oil palm plantations nationally.
