Independence

Independence is the Company’s principal management, which is carried out professionally, without any intervention or conflict of interest with any party contrary to the Company’s applicable laws and regulations, policies, values, and procedures.

Fairness and Equality

This principle is equality and fairness in fulfilling the rights of shareholders and other stakeholders that arise based on agreements, including the applicable laws and regulations.
